Jess brings a background in business development, commercial property and client relationship management to the team. Most recently, Jess worked as a BDM in the commercial office fit-out industry, building strong relationships with landlords and property professionals across South East Queensland. Before that, Jess worked in commercial property recruitment, helping clients build high-performing property teams, and earlier in her career progressed through hotel management roles before moving into a real estate admin and marketing position. Across every role, Jess has built a career on strong relationships, sharp problem-solving and creating genuine opportunities for clients.

Jess is focused on building a career defined by trust – one where clients and colleagues alike know they can rely on her. Rather than chasing the sale, Jess prioritises genuine relationships and helping people make well-informed decisions, and is excited to deepen her knowledge of commercial property management along the way.

Having rented properties in both New Zealand and Australia, Jess understands firsthand the importance of clear communication and quality property management. While she hasn’t yet purchased an investment property, it’s a long-term goal she’s working towards – giving her a genuine appreciation for the journey many of her clients are on.

What sets Jess apart is her natural curiosity and long-term approach to business. Proactive and quick to pick up new industries, she’s successfully transitioned across hospitality, recruitment, commercial fit-outs and now commercial property management – always bringing a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a genuine willingness to ask questions and learn from those around her.

Outside of work, Jess stays active through the gym, Pilates and social netball, and loves exploring Brisbane’s café and restaurant scene. Whether it’s a sunset cocktail with the girls, a hike or weekend camping trip, or a home-cooked meal and board games with her partner, Jess makes the most of her time outside the office.
