Yvonne Kane joins NAI Harcourts Pinnacle as a Junior Commercial Property Manager, bringing a strong foundation in property management, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and compliance-driven operations.

With experience across both residential and industrial environments, Yvonne has developed a well-rounded understanding of property processes, client expectations, and the importance of clear, ethical communication. She has managed end-to-end residential build projects, coordinated trades, overseen procurement, conducted inspections, managed budgets, reconciled accounts, and ensured all documentation met legal and contractual requirements. Her meticulous and structured approach translates seamlessly into the organisational precision and compliance focus required in commercial property management.

Yvonne’s career has also been deeply grounded in community engagement. Through organising local events, supporting schools and sporting clubs, and building strong relationships within the community, she has developed a people-first philosophy that shapes her approach to real estate. Service-driven and client-centric, she is committed to creating experiences built on trust, transparency, and professionalism.

Having personally navigated buying, selling, investing, and renting property, Yvonne understands the client journey from every perspective. She appreciates how significant property decisions are  both financially and emotionally, and is passionate about delivering clear communication, proactive management, and steady support at every stage.

Outside of work, Yvonne enjoys running, spending time with her family, walking her beloved dog Piper, and FaceTiming her mum in Scotland. She loves the beach and is passionate about giving back to the community.
