We’re thrilled to share that NAI Harcourts Pinnacle has been named a finalist in two categories at the 2026 REIQ Awards for Excellence — recognition for both our agency and one of our senior leaders.

Our commercial business is a finalist for Commercial & Industrial Agency of the Year, while Sash Naidoo, our Commercial Property Management Head of Department, has been named a finalist for Commercial Property Manager of the Year.

The REIQ Awards for Excellence celebrate the very best of Queensland’s real estate industry, acknowledging agencies and professionals who set the standard for best practice and performance across the state. To be recognised in two categories is a milestone we’re enormously proud of — and, for our agency, it marks the second consecutive year of REIQ recognition.

For our Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing, Phil Grant, the nominations speak to something deeper than results.

“Receiving this recognition for the second year in a row is a true testament to how hard the team has worked — not just across the year, but day to day and month to month, through the ups and the downs,” Phil said. “The agency nomination and Sash’s individual nomination are a wonderful acknowledgement of the people and culture we’ve built here. We’re incredibly proud of both.”

Sash was quick to credit the wider property management team for her nomination.

“I’m incredibly proud to be named a finalist, but this recognition is a reflection of the work the team does every day,” Sash said. “I wouldn’t have been given this opportunity without their dedication and hard work. Our clients trust us to look after some very important parts of their businesses, and I’m proud of the relationships we’ve built and the standard of service we aim to deliver.”

Both nominations reflect what we value most at NAI Harcourts Pinnacle — a team that works together, a genuine commitment to our clients, and a culture built to last. The commercial property market is demanding and competitive, and to be recognised alongside some of Queensland’s finest agencies and professionals is something our whole team can take pride in.

Winners will be announced at the 2026 REIQ Awards for Excellence on 31 October at The Star Brisbane. We’ll be there cheering on our team — and we can’t wait to celebrate the night with them.
